You can top up your credit account using a credit card. You can use the credit to purchase tickets and obtain usage time for the service applications.
No, since your organisation is already registered in the AOS portal, the legal representative in your organisation can create a user account for you directly in the AOS portal. A detailed description of this can be found in the AOS user guide. The legal representative is the user who was created during registration.
