Yes, our support employees normally assist you in your own language. We currently support 13 languages - German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Swedish, Portuguese.
Please check first if your password fulfils the password guidelines. These can be found in our AOS user guide and also on the registration page. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the logon page. We will send a reset code to your e-mail address. After confirming the reset code you will receive a temporary password with which you can log on to assign a new regular password.
Registration consists of four steps. Firstly your organisation details and the details of the legal representative are recorded using the registration form. After you have submitted your registration request you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. Once you have confirmed the e-mail address, BMW carries out a manual approval check. This can take up to 48 hours. For this reason it is normally not possible to log on immediately after successful registration. Following the successful approval check you will receive an e-mail, informing you of the status.
